The book, describes the results of a homeopathic proving conducted at the "Schule der Homoeopathie" in Gauting (Munich) during the school year of 1995/96.
Following the instructions of Aphorism 111, the Organon, the intention was to find „certain reliable disease symptoms, each substance engendering a particular one according to its peculiarity" by tracing symptoms produced during the proving. What were the "special, uncommon, odd and distinguishing symptoms" mentioned in Aphorism 154 of the Organon that were found in this proving?

The synopsis demonstrates an experiment to relate the symptoms and perceptions of the proving to each other. Excerpts of provings by Swoboda/Koenig, Leesers Handbuch der Homoeopathie and Julians Materia Medica were added to confirm the symptoms of the presented proving.
